TENERIFE ISLAND RENTALS will inspect your property to ensure that all is well. Care will be taken to pay your bills and to arrange all paperwork as well as any other services that may be required to be dealt with in your absence (e.g. cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.)
OUR SERVICE PROVIDES various technicians (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.) are on standby for any immediate repairs or maintenance. We can provide builders, painters, or landscape gardeners for any alterations you might want to do on your property. We are also responsible for advertising all our properties, greeting new clients and viewing properties, processing rental contracts, answering and receiving telephone calls, resolving overdue rentals, responding to tenants questions and complaints and resolving disputes between owners and tenants.
