This property offers a separate large self contained 2 bedroom apartment for the larger groups with its own front door, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubile and a large lounge/diner that has link TV from tha main villa (please note this is an option if you dont require this then it will remain empty free from other guests). The main Villa includes TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky sports, kids and movie channels plus DVD players. The huge master bedroom 11 x 5 metre with a large double bed and walk in wardrobes, and a large en suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower. 2nd bedroom an even bigger 12 x 7 mertre with double bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en suite with jacuzzi bath/separate shower. There are 3 other double bedrooms (bedroom 4 offers twin beds), All bedrooms have either air conditioning or free standing fans. There are 4 luxury fully tiled bath/shower rooms throughout . The fully fitted kitchen has all the items that you would expect from the luxury property dishwasher, american fridge with cold water and ice machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave etc, the french doors from the kitchen walks out on to a large pergola type terrace which offers another dining table and chairs.for 8 people. The lounge has seating for 12 and measures 14 x 6m with a split level dining area for a further 8 people, there is 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, this room also offers a hifi system. There are 2 utility rooms which includes washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with board. There is also optional internet use, please state this on booking. There is a free cot and high chair on offer for your use. This is a truly remarkable property and you will not be disappointed. Car hire is recommended.
The manager of this property lives 5 minutes drive away. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. There is also a maintenance contract with a local company who are on call out in case of any unforeseen matters. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
We would also like to mention that the villa is in a very quiet area therefore there is no building work going on.
SWIMMING POOL
The new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool Heating and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The owner does all the update and cleaning of the pool. If you intend to use a pool whilst on holiday in Tenerife we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool. Although the all year climate in Tenerife is probably one of the best in the world apart from the main summer months the temperature will drop in the evening, this will mean that the temperature in the pool will also drop. This is when you need the heater to top up the heat of the pool.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructuions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, anti slip tiles around pool and terrace, plastic cups and plates etc for outdoor use, and a safety ring for swimming pool.
Our villa has been checked by electrian for any electrical defects.
The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide.

LOCATION
This magnificent villa is situated 2km outside the southern resort of callao salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other areas in Tenerife. Casa Cactus is situated in a stunning and tranquil area with no other buildings nearby. It offers stunning views across the sea to the island of La Gomera. There is a local supermarket, restuarant, bar, tennis courts and some shops only 750 metres away. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquiste restuarants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The local beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. Adeje and Abama golf course complex are only a ten minute drive away.
